At Singhar Jewellers UK Ltd, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, our Return Policy outlines your rights and the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

    • Returned in its original packaging with all certificates, receipts, and tags intact.

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Custom or personalized jewellery (engraved, made-to-order, resized, or specially designed items).

    • Earrings and body jewellery (for hygiene reasons).

    • Items purchased during clearance or final sale (if stated as “non-refundable” at the time of purchase).


2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@singharjewellersukltd.com within 14 days of delivery.

  • We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

  • Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.


4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please:

    2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.

7. International Orders

  • For international returns, please note:
